CALL CENTER AGENTS

      2-4 year university or college degree (undergraduates are also welcome)

     Good command of the English language, both oral and written

     Computer proficiency particularly with reference to typing speed and navigational skills

     At least 6 months outbound call center experience preferred

     Goal-oriented, competitive, strong work ethic and desire to excel in a dynamic team-based environment

     Strong sales background

     Willing to work on shifts 24/7

     Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

SHIFT MANAGER

     Candidate must have at least 6 months working experience handling a team in the same capacity

     Candidate must have strong organizational and time management, and analytical skills.

     Good command of the English language, both oral and written

     Goal-oriented, competitive, strong work ethic and desire to excel in a dynamic team-based environment

     Ability to make important decisions with good judgment

     Willing to work on shifts 24/7

     Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

TEAM LEADER

     Overall experience of no less than 4 years.

     Should be a gradate with at-least 1year of experience in an international contact center in the capacity of a Team Leader for an international client related to Financial Services industry.

     Should have strong communication & team management skills.

     In depth knowledge of call monitoring along with behavioral Coaching & Feedback techniques.

     Should be familiar with quality improvement techniques like Lean & Six Sigma.

OPERATIONS MANAGER

     Overall work experience of 7 years or more with at-least 2-3 years as an operations manager for an international contact center in the financial services domain.

     Should be familiar with both Inbound & Outbound contact center functions.

     Excellent communication & team management skills.

     Ability to comprehend & articulate program performance to Senior Management & clients.

     Should be familiar with Work Force Management tools & techniques.

     A green belt Six Sigma Certification will be preferred.

TRANSITION MANAGER

     Incumbent should have at-least a 7 years experience with 2-3 years in the Transition or project management role.

     Should be familiar with key concepts of transition related to project scoping, planning & tollgates.

     Excellent communication skills.

     Must be professional with project planning & management skills, with adequate knowledge of tools like MS projects & Visio

     PMI or equivalent certification will be preferred.
